At ameurservices, we provide digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally considered final and non-returnable once the service or product has been delivered.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under specific circumstances, such as:
- The service was not delivered as described
- You did not receive your digital product or access
- A technical issue prevented proper delivery or usage
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Due to the nature of digital products, once access or delivery has been provided, it cannot be “returned.”
3. Custom Services
For customized or personalized services, refunds are not available once work has started or has been delivered.
If you are not satisfied, we are open to reasonable revisions to ensure the final result meets the agreed requirements.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same service, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
5. Refund Process

- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
6. European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, unless:
- The digital service has already been delivered
- You have explicitly agreed to immediate delivery and waived your right of withdrawal
